DESCRIPTION:Join us for a 45 min Vinyasa yoga class followed by a 45min 
 Sound Immersion (Sound Bath) session that will leave you feeling refreshed 
 and grounded. Yoga will help you ease into the practice and find clam. The 
 sound immersion combines breathwork\, light stretching\, and a sound bath 
 with crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, bells\, wave drum\, and rain 
 sticks.\n\nAll levels welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga 
 mat or something comfortable to lie on. \n\n \n\n
