A short documentary about what was likely the oldest continuously operating Chinese restaurant in America, right here in Woodland, CA. For more than a century, the Fong family served chow mein the old-fashioned way. After third-generation owners Paul and Nancy Fong decided to close the restaurant, the film follows their final season and captures the quiet humor, daily rituals, and meaning behind letting go of a place that shaped both their family and the community.
