Civics & Citizenship Class In-Person
The Fall 2025 Civics & Citizenship Class is a free educational program designed to support English language learners preparing for U.S. citizenship. Offered through the Continuing ESL program at the Winters Community Library, participants will strengthen their English vocabulary, literacy, and conversation skills while learning about civic engagement, American history, and the U.S. Constitution.
